Boxing

Step into a high-energy experience that combines fitness, fun, and personal growth! This dynamic, interactive boxing workshop is designed to empower you physically and mentally while fostering teamwork and connection.

No prior boxing experience? No problem! Our skilled trainer Reza will guide you through practical techniques, engaging drills, and powerful exercises that bring out your strength and confidence. Discover how boxing can enhance focus, release stress, and build resilience—both in and out of the ring.

Breathing

After the boxing there will be time and space to regulate our nervous system. Felix will guide you through some breathwork to bring you back into a calmer state after a more intense boxing session. The breathwork will be guided with the handpan so that you can fully surrender with the sounds and relax deeply.

These traditional yoga detox (Kriya) and breath (Pranayama) techniques are easy to learn but pack a powerful punch. They increase energy levels, focus the mind, improve immunity, boost feelings of joyfulness, and purify the body. After just one week of daily morning practice, you should feel significantly rejuvenated and refreshed. And you’ll have new tools to incorporate into your personal yoga practice to keep you feeling strong and healthy every day.
 

  • Agni Sara to power-up the digestive system
  • Kapalbhati to clean the lungs and strengthen the diaphragm-muscle
  • Anuloma Viloma to balance the right and left brain
  • Kumbhaka and Bandhas to hold energy in the body
  • Sitali to cool the body
  • Bhramari to calm the mind
  • Bhastrika to increase vitality and lung capacity
  • Ujjayi to regulate the whole mind-body system

Over the next 5 mornings, Liz will lead you through a daily practice combining everything you’ve learned into a single dynamic routine.

 

Pranayama is powerfully detoxifying. We strongly encourage students to eat and live well during the intensive. We ask students to stop drinking alcohol, smoking and eating meat at least one week prior to the start of the course.

 

This intensive is recommended for students who have more than 6 months yoga experience. Students should be comfortable sitting, and be confident diaphragmic, nose breathers. This course is not suitable for anyone pregnant, in burnout or with a history of serious mental health challenges.
